DOHA: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos, on the occasion of being awarded the 2016 Nobel Peace Prize for his resolute efforts to end more than five decades of civil war in his country.
Deputy Amir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani and Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani also congratulated Juan Manuel Santos on winning the Nobel Prize.
